XA random shut down

From the last system update, over 2 weeks ago, the phone shuts down randomly several times a day. And sometime it refuse to restart during hours.

What happens? How to solve it?

Yesterday, it happened 7 times during the day and never during the night !

Can somebody help me?

It is advised after updates that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup.

Follow the steps given in blue links, and keep us updated.

I've followed your indications and processed with the repair.

It took some hours to achieve the full process.

Unfortunately the behavior is still the same : already 3 random shut downs this morning within 1 hour!

Another solution ?

This might indicate a hardware issue. It's better to contact your Local support and ask for an appointment to get your phone examined by a professional.

i also face the same problem,and already visit a local support (service center) 3 times, but it always say is a software problem, but my problem never get solve until now.

Provider Orange has told me that this is a knowed issue by them and they organized the replacement by a new phone of same model.
