Wifi broken after update

after the last update my device getting turn on wifi automatically.
i can't stop it. when i off wifi turn on again automatic.

no. when i use my mobile phone wifi automatic turn on and searching. otherwise my display getting auto touch, it's very big problem for me because of in that time i have to restart my device. please help to fix me. i succfully been updated my device last software update but problem with me anymore.
