White screen with black dots error

Hi guys,

So last night my XA2 had some serious problems with about every app. I got mutiple pop ups like "Instagram isn't working". So i closed everything and turned it off. When I started my phone this morning,  I got this white screen with three black dots. Like something is loading, this however take some hours already. So i tried to turn it off and on but the same happened. Anyone else has countered this problem or/and knows how to fix it?

I would suggest seeing if you can backup using Xperia Companion followed by a software repair using Xperia Companion.

If this fails to rectify it, I'd contact Local support for a device evaluation
