Is this something that has started to occur very recently, for example after you updated your device or installed a new application?
Do you have the possibility to get back to me with a screenshot of how it looks in your phone when making a phone call? That will make it easier for me to assist you in the best possible way! 
I would also recommend that you reboot your phone in safe mode so we can make sure that this isn't caused by a third party application that you have installed in your phone.
