I recently cleared my cache and I think it threw off my whatsapp status info. I'm unable to view info on the status section.

This is an issue related to a 3rd party app, so you are advised to try basic troubleshooting steps like uninstalling/re-installing. If this doesn't help, you can contact the app developer from its Google Play app page.
