Mi equipo es muy lento para tener supuestamente las especificaciones indicadas por el vendedor, adicionalmente la bateria solo le dura medio dia en vez de un dia y medio como me lo indico el vendedor antes de comprar, y sinceramente lo compre justo porque yo requiero de un equipo con muy buena duracion de bateria ya que mi trabajo me lo exige, y que pereza sentir como si tuviera un celular viejo.
También dijo el vendedor que el celular tenia una pantalla que no se rayaba con nada, ni con una llave y que no era necesario instalarle una protector a la pantalla, pero en mi caso con solo meterlo y sacarlo del bolsillo del pantalón ya la pantalla se encuentra rayada
Agradezco de su colaboración con el procedimiento correspondiente para la solución o en su defecto la devolución del dinero en este caso por vender con mentiras un dispositivo, no pensé que una empresa tan reconocida como Sony tenga que vender equipos con engaños y mentiras.
