About 6 months ago, I bought Xperia xa mobile device. Two weeks before, my phone started to behave unnaturally (ghost touch). Repairing phone software using pc companion software stops the issue temporally. But after few days, issue comes back.
My phone still has warranty, but before I return my phone, my display got cracked slightly. So company(Singer Sri Lanka) refused to use the warranty. I'm helpless, what can I do. Issue came before the crack to be sure. How can I solve this. Thank you.
