water damage to xperia xa

i dropped my phone in deep water i took it out seconds after dropping it  and  i dried the phone off straight away put it into some rice and in an airing cardboard to try and dry out the water and my phone works okay it is just the screen jumping up and down and going multicoloured lines what does this mean ?

is this just the screen is damaged or could there be other issues ?

I'm sorry to hear that but there isn't a way anyone can inspect the phone through those descriptions, you need to contact your Local support to get it inspected and repaired.
