Wake locks issue

When screen is locked , light is on with sony's start up logo , i can't go to settings>lock screen and change a
Nything as there is a lock sign that shows up and won't let me do anything... Please help

Hi @Varun_Ridge, I am very sorry to hear about that.

I have not heard of such behaviour before, are you not able to use your device at all? If possible, could you provide me with some screenshots of how it may look like? 

In addition, you may try to see if this could be related to a third party app by starting your device in safe mode, as all third party apps are disabled while in the mode. Does the same occur in safe mode?
