Video doesn't play

When I play a video from the gallery or from the video(official) app the loading icon keeps on rotating but the video doesn't play. In YouTube, Facebook, whats app and Instagram the videos play fine but when I play in videos (official) app it doesn't play.

Try clearing the cached data of your Album app:

Go to Settings -> Apps -> Album -> Force stop, then go to Storage -> Clear data and restart your phone.

The solution which you gave me didn't work 

When I force stopped the app. It didn't stop but cleared the data and restarted the phone still the same it won't play
