USB socket is very loose

Can only get 450mA from any power adapter (in many cases if I hold the cable in place)

Have tried the cables in a non-sony phone and they are tight fit and delivered 1.7A

Is my phone faulty?

I'm looking for the same answer, my phone has a loose usb entry and no extra charge.
