Turnoff camera click sound

I was unable to turnoff the click sound of my XA ultra.... Anybody could u guide me how to turn it off???

Camera click sound is linked to ring volume!

There are cases where you cannot disable the sound.

In camera app go to settings, and turn off "sound"

Hello @Haaree and welcome to the forum!

If you open the Camera-app there will be a small cogwheel at the bottom left corner, press the cogwheel and disable Sound.

I could not find the option from first try because when you touch more, whatever opens does not give you any clue that you have to scroll down to find it. So, press the cogwheel, press More and then scroll down!

Ur ways ok.. But that disable option not found

@Haaree, next to the Sound option there should be a slider. Press the slider to disable the sound.

@Didrik @Haaree According to Rickard's reply in the topic I left in my upper post, in some countries or using some SIMs does not allow you to disable the sound.
