Touch screen problem

I bought a new xa1 ultra i use it 5 mi ths but its screen shut off sudenly during using 

I have 2 year warenty card how can i solve this problem please tell me. What is procedure to solve this.

I'm sorry to hear that, have you restarted the phone? have you remove any protective case, film, glass?
