Top speaker on Sony Xperia A1 Ultra

Can anyone please advise me as to why I can't hear anyone talk over the phone after the phone did an automatic software upgrade yesterday morning?

1)uninstall call recorders and reboot

2)uninstall battery savers and reboot

check for sound...

3)backup and reset device
