Please help me. How do I reset the clock on the home screen. Of this phone.?

What exactly do you want to do? Can you be more specific? You want to change time, change widget (the way it looks) or delete it?

As @Roadrunny76 said, could you elaborate what it is you want to do with your clock. Is it showing the wrong time are you unhappy with how it looks or positioned on your home screen.

Sorry to jump in but how do I change the look of my clock on my home screen

Long press on an empty area on the home screen, select Widgets from bottom, look for clocks, tap on it, then select desired style.
