Tethering portable Hotspot problem in oreo update

Mobile hotspot network is does not display in laptop after oreo update, restart the mobile every time then and then it display the my mobile hotspot network. 

Previous one is better then oreo..

I am having the exact same issue! I used my hotspot everyday and now it has stopped working since the latest update. Is there any solution to this?!?

I have no solution dear,,, This is oreo update problem privious version is worked better than this....
