System us problems

Having problems with Chrome, playstore, showbox and  system us. All will open then become unresponsive and the message is to close or wait. Either causes the phone to eventually crash and take ages to restart. Only just started today. I've removed some apps to see if the memory is getting full. No change.

Do you have enough free internal storage? (take a screenshot if possible) 

have you uninstalled and reinstalled the apps?

and it only happen with 3 specific apps?

As far as I can tell so far. I've reinstalled showbox and it still happens. Was OK last night. All this started this morning. I removed some less used apps to see if it was a memory problem.

Also Google play services is playing up.

 Not solved. Button hit whilst scrolling.

Mostly it helps a lot deleting recently installed apps.

Swipe up or down from your home screen to find your apps.

Tap on the 3 dots in the upper right corner

Tap on Sort Apps

Sort on date installed

Delete the last few installed apps

Reboot

See what happens
