I received a notification for system update when I did my phone won't start anymore brought it back to best buy and they told me to use xperia companion.. OK it's turning on now but asking for Google account linked on the cp I know the email and password but then Google is sending the code to my old phone number... Which i have no access anymore and I'm not getting any help from. Them..... Contacted Sony and they can't do anything to.. Now I am stucked with a useless phone can't even sent it back to Sony to reset it or exchange and can't give me a fall back solutions and was told it's not their fault it's the system security (Google) that Sony tied up with... I have other brand phones that I have to do system restore but never like this that the requirement are way overboard...
