Stuck at restart

SONY Xperia XA1 Ultra (G3221)

1. It all started with the NO touch response from WiFi icon at the left upper corner.

2. Pressed and hold (right hardware button) and waiting for the meny popup:

- Turn off

- Restart

- ...........

3. Pressed: Turn off

4. STUCK HERE

Checked:

1. Pressed and hold (right hardware button) and waiting for the meny popup

No response from touch. 

2. Tried to restore with Xperia companion, no response from touch.

What now?

5 hours (for a restart) and the phone is back!

Now I´m stuck here, after RESTART!

4 hours and still stuck.

Can not turn off phone.
Can not do anything.

Temperature is high.

The screen always on for 4 hours now.

Sony are you listening?

I understand your frustration but this is a global user based forum, you can contact Sony directly >>> Local support

As for your issue, how did this started? were you flashing the phone? installing an update? 

Have you press and hold the power up & volume down for 10seconds?
