Storage Manager problems for Android 8.0.0

      My Xperia XA1 Ultra was upgraded to Android 8.0.0 few hours ago. Afterwards, I would like to clean my device, but something went wrong: each time I tried opening the Storage Manager, it just couldn't work!this is the first time

My x compact does the same since upgrade to 8.0. and so do many other's phones  I've posted about it months ago and still no fix  Sony seem to be ignoring this problem
