Static noise

After ending calls with anyone I get this loud screeching static noise and it only stops when I restart my phone and it happens to my mams phone to when she ends calls (we have same phone) I do t know what is causing it and we would like it to stop as it is becoming a problem.

When I watch a videos or play a game there is this whooshing noise coming from the speaker. It happens when the volume is turned of and when I have it up as well its starting to bug me as it is constant and I want it to stop I've tried restarting phone but it hasn't helped.
