Sound

Good day..  I'm having trouble with the sound output. After removing the headset,no sound can be heard from the speakers. I already restarted and tried the settings, but nothing is working. Please help. Thanks

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test

I complained about this issue on a previous post though i was able to fix it temporarily with a restart.  This seems to be an issue with this phone.

Hi..sad to say the XC route did'nt work...Thanks for the help, is there anything else short of buying a new phone I could do?
