If the phone is not officially released within your country/region, then you'll have to import it somehow. But this will result in getting the phone without warranty. Better wait for the XA1 Ultra to be released in Egypt so you have it with the warranty included. The official Sony Mobile (Egypt portal) says it will be released soon:

You can also contact local retailers where they sell Sony Xperia devices and see if they have any information on a estimated release date for the Xperia XA1 Ultra in Egypt!
