Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra hotspot not working with pc laptop after android 8.0 update

Hi i recently updated my Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra phone to Android Oreo 8.0 after that i am not able to use wifi hotspot in my pc and laptop but my iphone or htc device perfectly working with the hotspot, i tried everything resetting safe mode etc, its horrible for me now, plz help as i was much better with nougat 7.0

Windows 7 any other tablet android device connecting but win8 win10 pc not connecting
