I have purchased sony xperia xa1 plus not even 6 months ago. And it's been a week already that the phone would not charge without restrating the phone which goes to the next issue.. It takes 5-10 minutes to just to restart the phone and now i've noticed that I'am having difficulties with the screen and the app that I used will just stop then close.
This is the second time i had a bad experienced with this product ( first one is sony xperia Z2). I've always been a sony user from TV's, playstation(from ps1), mobile phones. But I think this will be the last time that I will ever buy a sony mobile phone ever!
And now my question is.. What can you do to help me out. I bought this from a sony store last january 28, 2018. I won't be happy camper if you guys will say to get it repaired after i read all the experiences of the other users even after repair they still experience the same issues.
I also have issues with the system not responding very well.. I'm really disappointed, i bought this device out from my little savings from work..☹️
Now, the screen always malfunction. Keyboard also is not functioning well.. Haiiiiist tsk tsk ☹️😭
