Sony XA1 cannot wake up after sleeping

Hello everybody. I have a problem with my Sony XA1. I just brought my Sony XA1 for 2 weeks.

My problem is "I cannot wake up my phone after the phone is in sleeping mode for 5-6 hours". I am sure that my phone is not out of battery.

The only way that can wake up my phone is I need to put the charger to charge the phone .Then, Start my phone.

I have tried to repair software with PC companion but the problem is still not solved.

Did anybody find this problem for Sony XA1. If anyone can solve this problem, Please suggest me to solve he problem. Thank you.

Have you done the software repair after updating to Oreo?

Try restarting in safe mode and see what happens...

Thank you for replying Jetsu.

Yes, I have already done the software repair after updating.

I never try restarting in safe mode because when my phone is sleeping for 5-6 hours. The Phone cannot restart  even vibrate.

Should I try to restarting in safe mode and check the phone is still cannot wake up?

Could you please suggest me for the solution if the safe mode is neccessary to do?

I guess your phone is sleeping for 5 or 6 hours when you are sleeping too... So, my advise is to reset your phone in safe mode before you go to sleep. This will prevent any third party (non-sony) app to run, but you will not notice it because you will be sleeping... Then, the next morning, see if your phone is still working. If it is the case, then a third party app is causing the problem, and you’ll have to do a little research to find out which is, unistalling some apps until the problem is gone. Good luck!

Hello, all

I also have the same problem.

I have already appiled software repair, but the problem still happen.

even in safe mode, same problem....

When I plugge in, XA1 comes back, and battery level shows 90-80%. I think the buttery might be fine.

Does anyone have a solution for this issue?
