Dear some apps are not updated I will try last 10days..Please help me.
Hi @DIP7,
I'm not quite sure I understand your question. You can update your apps if you go to: Google Play Store > Tap 3 lines > My apps & games > Update all.
Let me know if this helps or if I misunderstood your question.
Hello .Gys
This is naveen rai and I m using xperia xa ultra dual , I have faced same problem when I got latest android nought 7. Actually app installation done but when it's update available it's not update due to some error code like error code 506 , 924 and 420 this .... So. I have update software dimag time but problm still same .. but 2 to 3 days back. I have transfer the apps from external memory to internal memory ..It's updated. Ao. I want also face overall. Problm because internal memory is very very low so. I can't keep all apps. In internal memory ... Plese review the problem and provide the permanent solution
I can confirm that on XA ultra dual sim, Nougat 7. After moving any app to SD card, it wont update. Playstore does download the update, shows installation taking place, but then the box turns into update again like nothing happened. Tried with a brand new SD card, same thing. Would appreciate any help!
@TTY, I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you remove your gmail account then re-add it again. To do so go to: Settings > Account & sync > Google > Tap ... > Remove account. Then add your account by tapping Add account in the Accounts & sync menu.
I would also recommend that you clear the cache for Google play store. To do so go to: Settings > Apps > Tap ... > Show system > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear cache. Do the same for Google Play services then restart your device.
@Angel34136, Can you try to move a app back to the internal storage then try updating it again? To do so go to: Settings > Apps > App name > Storage > Change > Internal storage.
Keep me posted on how it goes.
@Emil Updating from internal storage works fine, but it doesn't work from sd on any app. Is this normal?
@Angel34136, It may be that you need to move a app back to the internal storage to be able to update it. This may vary between different apps. For more information regarding if a specific app needs to be stored on the internal storage to be able to update it, I recommend that you get in contact with the developer of that specific app.
@Emil ,thanks for your reply. Not a single app can receive update if it's moved to sd card, so i really think it's not an app-specific problem, unless things are different on Nougat that i'm unaware. In any case, all these have started since i've mass moved all the apps to sd using the settings/Storage and memory/transfer data. Before that i'm pretty sure that most of apps that were on sd could be updated normaly.
