I have an xa1 ultra and whenever i make or receive a call the signal strength goes down from LTE to h. I have set it to LTe preferred but the problem still is there. Any help?
your ISP does NOT support voice over LTE. Voice can be transmitter only over HSMA or WCDMA
1) read wiki for VoLTE https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voice_over_LTE
2) ask your ISP support for VoLTE calls and compatibilty with XA1 Ultra phone
I've noticed the same thing. I came to Sony from Blackberry Passport and never had a problem with signal strength and rarely dropped a call.
This phone drops calls, breaks up, and often the person on the other line cannot hear me at all.
