SD card

After transferring data, apps or storing photos on the SD card inserted into a XA1 I lose all the info 😡 

How do I get around this issue?

Would it still happen if I used a Sony card?

Please make any suggestions as straight forward as possible as I'm not techno savvy! 🤣

I'm sorry to hear that, but that seems to be a faulty SD card, it has nothing to do with being a Sony SD card or not.

I have tried more than one card and had the same problem

just wondering, what is getting deleted? is it just pictures and videos or ALL data?

Photos are disappearing and apps cannot be accessed. When I first put the card in the phone recognises it but soon after its like the phone has forgotten it as it no longer shows up and things on the card have gone.
