I purchased the Xperia ax1 ultra a week ago. After 7 days, I encountered 2 issues:
1. In 7 days, the screen froze and I had to restart the phone. More specifically, the whole screen, except the 3 buttons at the button (home button, arrow and square buttons), don't respond anymore. No matter where I click, it's simply not responding.
2. Each time I type something using the keyboard, 50% of the time after hitting the space bar, a "dot" is added and I always have to come back, erase and type again. After performing some testings, I notice that the dot button on the keyboard is not well calibrated. The right side of the space bar (i.e. SwiftKey), 1 in 2, returns a dot which is really annoying....
I searched online, but didn't find anything to troubleshoot these 2 problems. I have the last software update, never dropped the phone, went through the system testings (even though they're honestly useless).
Any suggestions? I'm thinking to return the phone.
