I've come with a problem. I have a month old XA1 Plus, and I was trying to set up a chat /w Houseparty app. It was fine, but my battery was low. I also noticed that the phone had started to heat up. I plugged it to charge, but the battery kept draining. It shutted down a few minutes later. It got stuck at %0 for a few minutes, when I plugged the charger in reverse (Type C) it started to charge. I opened in %18, started the Houseparty app again and continued to chat. I plugged my headset in, but took it out since it didn't support microphone for phones. A few moments later the screen went out, but the phone was still working(I was still hearing the chat in the background) I force restarted it. It shutted down without vibrating. When I booted it, the screen turned on, but there was nothing (You know the position when the screen is black, but you know that it works? That's it.) I waited for 15 minutes, and restarted it again. Same happened.
I'm giving it to the service for a repair(and to ask if a software repair will void the warranty), and the reason I posted it to see if it's a common problem or if someone happens to have the same problem, to help.
In a parenthesis, I had some problems before, for example AVG's built-in antitheft locked the phone without a reason, and kept crashing, while I loaded Avast it kept crashing too, and small performance flaws.

(Pros-Took a backup just a day before, cons-the rich friend in the group who has a top-tier phone said that "If you buy a Sony, that's the fate", I doubt it)
