Was bought a Sony Xperia XA as a gift less than two weeks ago SCREEN CRACKED within three days without due cause other then a mark on the corner of the screen which I assumed was a small lined bubble within the screen protection as It had been purchased brand new from a large retailer the crack then split from that exact area spoke to the retailer and they will expect no liability whatsoever.. Is cracks on the Screen something people are finding common on the Xperia XA?? As I am completely disheartened with this product it was £150 which was good for the tech but now i wouldn't recommend it, its too temperamental and with the likelyness of screen cracks it's ugly and feels as if it could break at any moment.
Do you have a picture of this bubble in the protection lining?
Unfortunately not i had a very basic handset previously. But now it's left me with a brand new phone that's broke and the retailer has asked for just shy of the phones cost for repairing it. To be honest I feel foolish as it's now a very obvious pre purchase fault in the screen.
You only course of action now is contacting Local support who will evaluate the glass for imperfections.
