Safe mode

My Sony xa f3111 won't get out of safe mode after even doing a factory reset.

@Anetakszara Have you checked if volume down button works correctly? It might be seen as pressed all the time, which means the phone will always boot in safe mode.

Wow earlier the volume would shift all on its own to mute. And the do not disturbed function would activate. I will the check this possibility out. You are probably right. Thank you
