Restart Loop after last update!! Please help

Hi,

Almost new phone, less than 4 months old. Since last update my phone is doing a restart loop!!! it's really annoying. Is there a solution for that issue?? like a software patch or something? please help

Hi @Rimeb, sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried removing the SIM and/or SD cards from your device and checked if you are able to boot it up properly? If you haven't done that, I'd recommend doing that.

Should you still experience the same behaviour, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that all data stored on the internal storage will be deleted and since the device can't be started up and unlocked, you will not be able to create a backup.
