When I try to call, the other person cant hear me, unless I'm using my earphones  or the speaker. What can I do?

I too am having this issue. After multiple resets, updates, firmware/software updates, support tests, etc. nothing has fixed it and I'm very upset about it because now I can't have private phone calls.
