Hi, I was trying to listen to music with my headphones but when I put them on and I played the song, I realized that the sound was coming from the loudspeaker and not from the headphones, then I replaced them and they worked, but hardly moved stopped working and the sound came back out through the speaker, I think the input of the headphones are failing, please help me
