Problem with landscape mode and operation buttons

Hello. Just bought this model. Found out that if you go to landscape mode the operation panel jumps to the bottom but is not functional and you still have the black strip on the right and if you touch there where operation buttons were it responds. In addition whole bottom part of the screen where the panel goes is not responding to the touch. Attached a screenshot. Any solution?

Looks like a software glitch. I'd suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup.
