Hi
I have recently ( 21 days ago ) purchased this phone from wind mobile. Approximately once a week phone would stop charging. It can be used but no matter what it wont charge.
If i restart after that it does not turn on and even after connecting charger with phone off charging light would not turn on.
Only thing that helps is to force restart phone with power button and volume up. After that it will charge and work normally again.
First time it has happened was with original charger and original cable, second with aftermarket charger and cable ( charging in a car).
I only had phone for about 3 weeks now but i cant use phone thats not reliable as sometimes I use it for work.
Is this a known issue or does it sound like a defect in charge controller or something else ?
