Hello, first time i actually join the forums, Well i really dont know What its happening to the phone i have my gf, its a xa1 ultra and its starting to annoy me the fact that she cant take capture or turn off the phone or even restart, had to do a soft restart but same issue.
The thing that is weird is that sometimes it works and sometimes it just stop working, im using an xperia x performance, and ive had yet to see such a problem.
Also i dont want to do the factory reset for lost of data, but idk if it helps, but when i hold down the power button it does vibrate, just like when it works and show the menú, but it doesnt come up.
