Please help me

Once I turn the power off, I cant bring up my home screen by pressing the power button again. I can hear notifications & get phone calls in the back ground, but I can't see anything. The only way to get to the home screen is to hold power & volume up buttons. It has to reboot Every time to get my phone to show my home screen. What the heck did I do? A factory reset did nothing. Please help

Start troubleshooting by restarting your phone into safe mode, this will disable all installed 3rd party apps. If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.
