Hi, I know this is quite a time afterwards but I bought a Sony Xperia XA1 phone in December through the Carphone Warehouse online shop with 12 month PS Plus membership for my daughter.
I was wondering how you all got on with getting the code as I'm still having major trouble with Sony & Carphone Warehouse. Nobody wants to take responsibility for this & it's causing me major stress & anxiety.
