Hi @GGFORTNITE, sorry to hear about what has happened.

Do you know if you have created a backup of the data in the device that includes the picture that you deleted? If you have done that, you can restore the backup.

If you have setup the backup function in Google Photos, the picture can be uploaded to the cloud, so take a look in the Photo/Photos application in your device and see if you can find it there.

If there is no backup and you haven't synced the photo, you can not restore it as there is no recycle bin feature in the device.
