I do although I rarely use it. I'm always in the house. I've never had a problem before but I've had to get a new phone and also a new provider. Everything else is working except I'm not receiving pics.
What if you download the APN settings again
settings > more > internet settings > download > wait > check again.
Nope. That didn't work either. Just discovered that I can't 'speak' my texts either.
I can not make a video call and how do I do it. Is this the case with all sony devices

You should double check with your carrier network, just to confirm that you indeed have a data plan

You will need either a data plan or wifi > use skype, hangouts, facebook, whatsapp, etc to make videocalls.
