Photo not compatible

When I take a photo and look in my files it marks me as an unsupported file. Why ?

Cuando tomo una foto y busco en mis archivos me marca como archivo no compatible. Porque ?

How are you accessing the file? 

Use a file commander and take a screenshot if you see an error, and post it here.
