Me han robado el telefono y he ido a la policis y me ha comunicado que desde la pagina de sony puedo resetear mi telefono para que no puedan scceder a mis datos pero no encuentro dicho servicio, alguien podria syudsrme?

you could try going to https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager and seeing if you can find the device this way. as @uliwooly said, it'll only work if the phone is turned on, connected to the internet, and logged into your Google account, but it's worth a shot.
