Hi all,
A number of weeks ago I had an issue with an unresponsive touchscreen which I was forced to send for repairs. I did this and whilst this is no longer an issue, a new problem has emerged. Even when fully charged, my phone turns itself off and can only be turned back on when connected to a charger. This can happen within 10 seconds of me locking the phone or a few hours later. Obviously this is a massive issue whenever I need to commute somewhere. I wondered if others had this problem?
