Hi,
I dropped my phone a few months ago and there was a small crack.. the phone was a little unresponsive, where you would have to click power button to turn phone display on/off to make it responsive again.. However, after the oreo update, it has got much worse and i have to now press the power button 4-5 times to make the phone responsive again. the display and apps can shake, and the apps start doing things randomly (e.g. - if i am on whatsapp, phone gets stuck and clicks on a message and then hits into other options, then the app vibrates/shakes).
Please help and advise.
