Phone restarts with change in data preferences

The phone has to restart every time the sim is selected for data from one to the other. And the reboot takes a lot of time.

I tried changing sim cards and the problem is with a particular sim card, ie. JIO. It doesn't happen with a airtel sim. Can anyone explain?

Same problem for me. Phone keeps restarting on JIO sin. When phone starts it has got no signal. If I open dual SIM settings, I find sim is deactivated, when I activate it , phone restarts and says it is optimising to new network settings
