PHONE NOT CHARGING

My phone is not charging however is constantly showing a red led on the top when i plug the phone in .it has been charing for over 4 hours yet still shows the low battery symbol and does not power on. i have tried switching cables and chargers. All of the chargers show the exact same thing. No charge, just a red light. This happened after i let my battery drain out completely.

I'm sorry to hear this.

I recommend that you try to force restart your device. To do this, press and hold on the volume up and on/off key simultaneously for about 15 seconds or until the device vibrates 3 times. After doing this try powering on your device as normal.

If there is no change, try charging your device once more, note that if your battery is completely drained it may take up to 30 minutes before the device even shows that it is charging. When the screen lights up with the charging symbol, try starting the device as normal again.
