Phone magnifies and then goes crazy when typing

I have had the US Ultra for about 5 days.  When I go to hit the delete back button the phone magnifies and a yellow box Co erst all around outside of screen box and the. Starts typing crazy stuff. . It takes forever to get it back to normal and then to delete what all was typed on screen and then fiinish my typing. . This is a Real pain and I am wondering how to fix it or what is going on since I use my phone for business and I need to be on it to send and text all the time. . Please help!!! I like the phone but if I can't fix this issue I will have to return it.

Hi @Ugachickee,

Sorry to hear this happening, definitely sounds frustrating! 

By the sounds of it you may have magnification gestures turned on. To check this and turn it off go to Settings > Accessibility > Magnification Gestures. From here tap the off switch.

Hallo I have the same problem

If I disattivare the magnification will I be able to increase the dimensions of a newspaper article then?

Ive had my phone since May and it's been doing thos for some time. It also gets really loud all of a sudden. I can be speaking to someone and my phone starts making a blinging noise in the background, then the screen starts flicking open apps, NAB & St George  phone banking apps. Then it freezes and I can't hang up, or clear the screen. Kinda done with it.

I tried following the directions provided here and found that it was already switched off.

Looking at warranty now

Any help would be great
